Abstract

Philosophy of consciousness is currently one of the leading areas of research affecting the socio-humanitarian, exact and cognitive sciences. The scope of its influence correlates both with the original current trends related to the explication of the nature of consciousness, psychophysical problems, and, in general, with the human psyche.

In particular, the philosophy of consciousness was actualized in the field of analytical tradition, where emphasis was placed on the logical analysis of language, and in the light of the rejection of the psychophysical problem, the philosophy of consciousness was realized in the XX century in existentialism and phenomenology.

The comprehension of the nature of consciousness or, specifically, the problems associated with the designation, description and systematization of the investigative and procedurally of consciousness are most acute at the present time. The intuitions observed in recent decades, unfolding around new theories, bring us closer to some trends embodying both the convergence of continental and analytical traditions, and the inexhaustible potential of this field of view itself.

The focus of the locus of attention on this topic is not accidental. Due to the fact that the study of the sphere of consciousness has identified such an area in search of which philosophical thought has been searching for more than one century, we consider it significant to continue the path or attempts to explicate what could be called "pure consciousness", which in its self-determination may already have some characteristics that do not presuppose its existence earlier.
